Lavender and Elderflower Epsom salts

Lavender and Elderflower Epsom salts

Epsom salt has been used in spirital practices since ancient times to clear and cleanse our body mind and soul.

An Almond oil carrier oil is used to ensure the oils spread evenly in the bath and they do not stain the bath.
They may also be used a body scrub in the shower with the same benefits.
Salts come with a scoop and in a beautiful glass jar that can be re-used.
From my heart to your heart, enjoy!

*Epsom salts are powdered magnesium, and magnesium is easier absorbed through the skin rather than the digestive track, making a detox bath the perfect way to derive its benefits. Every day, you’re subjected to pollutants and stress that can lead to an accumulation of toxins in your system. As a result, you may feel sluggish, ill, and just not at your best. Fortunately, there is an easy solution to this that will get you feeling better immediately: a detox bath.

Modest estimates have suggested that we are exposed to more than 700,000 different toxic chemicals on a daily basis, and this doesn't include the crazy poisons that GMO companies are pumping into the food supply. According to Global Healing Center, it isn't abnormal to be exposed to 2,100,000 toxins each and every day.

Heavy metals are one of the most widespread contaminants in the environment. They cause the environmental pollution from sources such as industrial effluents, mine tailings, land application of fertilizers, atmospheric deposition and leaching of metal ions from the soil into lakes and rivers by acid rain.

Detox baths help remove toxins from the body by stimulating the production of digestive enzymes and juices, which pushes these toxins right out of your body. You’ll emerge from the bath feeling cleaner inside and out than you have in years.

When taking a cleansing bath, always set the intent to "cleanse energy without overstepping anyone else boundaries", asking your benevolent guides and Arch Angels to aid you with this.
